What customers say?

“ Brilliant food, brilliant service, beautiful venue. Amazing for a date night. Thank you team to looking after us! ”

“ The photos don't even begin to do Dear Jackie justice. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable. We dined downstairs and loved the ambiance, with such a cosy feel and loved the background music being low enough to hear each other easily. (Make sure you visit the bathrooms...stunning). All of the food was delicious (menus are seasonal...I just wish we were local and could try them all), and serving sizes were perfect. Service was five star. Love this place and hope to visit again. ”

“ I can't help but down play it a little as they had a major problem in the kitchen and half the dishes were not available. However, what we did have was loverly. The service here is outstanding, and worth it for that alone. It was strange they didnt offer any gesture whilst there to apologise, but offered a round of champagne for when we return. I guess its a great way to gain more money out of us! Overall, super expensive, a little disappointing, but let's see how they do when we return! ”

- Gavin Clark -

“ Atmosphere is sophisticated, food delightful, staff relaxed yet friendly and professional. Highly recommended! ”

- Julia Lu-Sellers -

“ We had a wonderful evening celebrating my daughter's birthday ! The atmosphere is unique, artsy but cosy and intimate at the same time. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours and the taste were exquisitely combined ! The staff was very welcoming and polite! Our waiter- Naz , was very attentive and friendly! He also took some great photos of us ! Thank you for making our family event extra special ! ”

“ Had dinner booked at Dear Jackie for a friend visiting London and I have to say it was a great find. The atmosphere was very sexy, think plush red velvet, with dramatic low lighting making it feel like a tucked-away Soho secret. The staff were really warm and friendly which really set the tone for the night. We shared the duck and the winter truffle ravioli to start (OH.MY.GOD THE RAVIOLI, so good!!) and then the sea bass and crab risotto, both so beautifully cooked and bursting with flavour. No food pics this time (apologies!) but trust me…. it was one of those dinners where you don’t want to be faffing around with your phone and can just enjoy and indulge! Delicious and elegant from start to finish. Will be back, Dear Jackie ”

“ I never write reviews, but I feel like this restaurant deserves one. We visited Dear Jackie last Thursday to try the Time Out offer. Upon arrival I was seated, but I requested another table in the corner. The host kindly assisted and let me know I could sit at my requested table. Then we meet our fantastic waitress, Victoria who - with her energy and kind aura - made us feel welcomed immediately. The restaurant was able to assist my request of dairy-free alternative for the whole menu. All the food was so so good and the cocktail list was the best I’ve ever seen in an Italian restaurant in central. We had another round of drinks that weren’t included in the offer because we just couldn’t resist. Once again, special shoutout to our waitress, Victoria! Thank you for everything, will def visit again. ”

“ This place was PHENOMENAL! From the good, to the service to the way Thiago went out of his way to make us feel welcomed, it was spectacular. Highly recommend reserving in the dining room and then head up to Flute for a drink. I will definitely be back. ”
